The Strawberry Festival is the museum's oldest continuing annual fund raiser, earning nearly a quarter of the yearly budget. The festival is held on the museum grounds the first Saturday in June from 10 to 4 and features crafters, demonstrations, entertainment, children's games, petting zoo, hayrides, food and STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKES!

The museum also produces an ad book to promote the festival, local businesses and museum events.
